Amsterdam 25 March 2021 – About a year after construction started on the 7EVEN project in Amsterdam, the highest point was reached today. The execution team managed to reach this milestone on schedule, despite the very tight construction time of 18 months and COVID-19. A very fine achievement by the execution team!
The finishing work has now started, the facades are out of scaffolding and the complex is taking shape. With just a few more months to go, 7EVEN Amsterdam will be completed around the 2021 construction period and the first tenants will be able to move into their apartments.
The imposing building designed by Kenk Architects is part of a larger area development on Overschiestraat in Amsterdam. Divided over 13 floors, 7EVEN Amsterdam features 90 prived sector rental apartments and a high-quality inner garden developed by Rockfield Real Estate and realised by Bot Bouw.
MG Real Estate is the final investor in this project.
All apartments are delivered to high standards. They include high-quality flooring and full kitchen and bathroom. The walls and ceiling are also neatly finished.
