Amsterdam 1 January 2021 – Edvard van Luijn has been appointed Director of Acquisitions at Rockfield Real Estate with effect from January 2021. In this position, he will be responsible for property acquisitions and purchases, based on the mandates of Rockfield Real Estate’s institutional investors.
Van Luijn (49) spent more than 2 years as Director Acquisition Development at Syntrus Achmea and 6 years as Head of Acquisition at Altera Vastgoed. During that period, he achieved growth of around EUR 2.5 billion in apartments, healthcare and retail properties for both companies. Before that, he worked at ING Real Estate Development for thirteen years, the last years as Director of Acquisition Sales.
