Project 'The Rock' in Binckcity Park The Hague has reached highest point

Binck City Park will house 197 student homes and 99 young professionals' apartments.

The total capacity of Binck City Park is 896 apartmets. 

Binckhorst area undergoing transformation  

This former industrial area of The Hague is undergoing a true metamorphosis. The area is being transformed into a vibrant residential district full of atmospheric public spaces and pieces of nature.

From the Binckhorst, you can be in the historic centre of The Hague within 10 minutes.

We are delighted that, together with our partner M&G Investments, we have realised the project as part of an impressive area development led by VORM Holding.

Moment of completion

Construction started in the 2nd quarter of 2022. After all expectations, completion of 'The Rock' will take place in mid-2025.
