As a developer, Rockfield Real Estate has received project 7even Amsterdam from Bot Bouw on Friday 6 August. 7even is a high-quality residential complex with 90 private sector rental homes in Amsterdam Nieuw-West designed by KENK Architects.
7EVEN is part of the 'Lieven' area development project in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, which will include more than 1,200 new homes. The project consists of a mix of private sector rental housing and social housing divided into 8 different blocks. The addition of this residential program ensures that the neighborhood comes alive with a diversity of people and cultures.
The construction of Lieven 7 (7even) and Lieven 8 started in the summer of 2020. The construction of Lieven 6 will start in mid-2021 with completion expected at the end of 2022.
