90 free sector apartments Lieven delivered in Amsterdam Nieuw-West

As a developer, Rockfield Real Estate has received project 7even Amsterdam from Bot Bouw on Friday 6 August. 7even is a high-quality residential complex with 90 private sector rental homes in Amsterdam Nieuw-West designed by KENK Architects.

7EVEN is part of the 'Lieven' area development project in Amsterdam Nieuw-West, which will include more than 1,200 new homes. The project consists of a mix of private sector rental housing and social housing divided into 8 different blocks. The addition of this residential program ensures that the neighborhood comes alive with a diversity of people and cultures.

The construction of Lieven 7 (7even) and Lieven 8 started in the summer of 2020. The construction of Lieven 6 will start in mid-2021 with completion expected at the end of 2022.

7EVEN is very conveniently located right next to Delflandplein, metro stop Heemstedestraat is a few minutes' walk away and within one minute you are on the A10. In addition, there is a direct bicycle route to the Vondelpark and the bustling city center.

The building was designed under high-quality architecture by Kenk architects and developed by Rockfield Real Estate. All building parts have their own entrance and their own architectural elaboration, which gives the project a relatively small-scale character with a 'human' dimension. The houses are located around a communal courtyard, which is also accessible to the neighborhood. By using prefab elements, Bot Bouw was able to achieve a fast construction time and the project, including an underground parking garage, was completed within 18 months of the start of construction.

The apartments are ready to move in with a beautiful kitchen, spacious bathroom and high-quality floor finishing. The first residents were allowed to collect their keys last weekend and will move into their brand new home in the coming days..

In the 7EVEN project, only a few homes, parking spaces and storage rooms are available. Would you like to know more about this? Then look at
