As the final element of the Laan van Spartaan plan, this all-sided tower accentuates the southwest corner of the square of buildings around the football fields of VVA Spartaan. The assignment was to realize 361 prefab residential units. With a 'stacking time' of only four months, the demand for affordable youth housing could be met quickly.
