Facility Management Intern (Graduation internship)

What will you do and learn during your internship?

Taking care of check-in and check-outs of tenants.

Receiving and registering goods.

You will oversee proper execution of facility services and supervise technical reports.-

Perform cleaning inspections of the general indoor and outdoor areas of the complex.

You will learn to carry out careful administration: together with the community manager, you will monitor rental contracts, identify payment arrears.

Supervise visitors and suppliers.
Your Profile:

You are in the final phase of your MBO level 4 or HBO education.

You are studying facility management, hotel management, tourism or similar.
-
Enthusiastic, eager to learn and with good communication skills.

You like to roll up your sleeves.

You have a strong character and enjoy speaking to guests and residents.
-
Living in Rotterdam/Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
-
Ample knowledge of the English language in word and writing.
Graduation case study:
During this internship, you will have the opportunity to write a proposal for the Service Level towards tenants. Talk to colleagues, delve into the literature and regulations in order to define what services and products are provided, at what quality and at what price.

The Cohesion
The Cohesion is a co-living concept and now has 7 locations operational in the Netherlands. Within The Cohesion, we are building a cool co-living concept in metropolitan locations. Our co-living concept is based on the domain of the individual (the flat) and the communal part (The communal spaces). The flats are designed for immediate occupancy and the communal spaces have various functionalities such as a sports room, library or cinema, for example. At The Cohesion, we believe in applying true hospitality in our residential concept.
The customers at The Cohesion are the residents, who are on average between 20-35 years old, come from all over the world, have various professions and above all love conviviality. We make every effort to offer them a comfortable stay in our properties.
For one of our complexes in both Rotterdam and Amsterdam, we are looking for an energetic and highly motivated intern to support the Community Manager.
