Binck City Park will realise 197 student apartments (to be rented out by DUWO) and 99 young professionals’ apartments. The total capacity of Binck City Park is 896 apartments.

This former industrial area of The Hague is undergoing a true metamorphosis. The area is being transformed into a vibrant residential district full of atmospheric public spaces and pieces of nature.
From the Binckhorst, you can be in the historic centre of The Hague within 10 minutes.
Partners construction process
We are pleased to have realised the project, together with our partner MG Investments, as part of an impressive area development led by VORM Holding.
Completion
Construction started in the 2nd quarter of 2022. After all expectations, completion of ‘The Rock’ will take place in mid-2025.
