Edvard van Luijn has been appointed as Director of Acquisitions at Rockfield Real Estate with effect from January 2021. In this position, he will be responsible for real estate acquisitions based on the mandates of Rockfield Real Estate's institutional investors.
Van Luijn (49) worked for more than 2 years as Director Acquisition & Development at Syntrus Achmea and 6 years as Head of Acquisition at Altera Vastgoed. In that period, both companies achieved growth of approximately 2.5 billion euros in residential, healthcare and retail real estate. Before that, he worked for ING Real Estate Development for thirteen years, the last few years as director of Acquisition & Sales.
