Developed by AM in collaboration with Rockfield, this project in the center of Almere will come to full life as of October 2023.
FRIENDS homes
Of the 157 available youth housing units, a large part consists of 66 specially designed FRIENDS apartments. Due in part to the rental of these homes, more than half of the apartments are double-occupied. As a result, upon completion, HIGHNote will house as many as 236 enthusiastic first-time buyers on the eve of their careers who value affordability, fun and flexibility. Rockfield has 255 Friends homes Under Management and introduced the FRIENDS homes for the first time in 2019 in Rotterdam Katendrecht, a year later in Amsterdam Osdorp and in 2021 at Strijp-S in Eindhoven. The debut of this residential concept in Almere underscores the growing trend in which two "friends" live together and are part of a broader community in the same building. This idea fits seamlessly with the Coliving concept of The Cohesion, Rockfield's own residential concept.
The Cohesion HIGHNote In addition to the residential units, the complex also offers several common areas: a 100m2 coliving space on the first floor and a sprawling 400m2 roof garden on the second floor. With the arrival of tenants in October, HIGHNote will be renamed "The Cohesion HIGHNote." These spaces are designed for meeting, studying, working or enjoying the sun with your neighbors. Moreover, in addition to providing excellent service to tenants, The Cohesion's community manager will also provide monthly programming to promote sports and social interaction.
